Our room with nice view was well-kept and tastefully decorated. Excellent service, though a few employees were quite busy.

The location was poor, it's a pitty.

Our room was tidy and luxury and had a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. The breakfast was excellent with Indonesian cuisines and spectacular views of the city and so many options to choose from and courteous and 

There are reasonable prices in the property. Ideal hotel, the breakfast is marvellous, favourable location the next morning flight to bali. It offers huge rooms, and has amazingly nice staff from the doorman to the manager👍😀 

The staff were courteous, and the room was clean and luxury with modern features. The location was brilliant, not too far from Bandung Supermall.

Tbh, rooms were a little noisy.

Silent and great-sized room, with a luxurious bathroom.

Enjoyed the hotel, it is ideal and fairly clean, has strategic and good location near of the mosque. Our breakfast was amazing and with Indonesian cuisines & international cuisines, the staff was amazingly nice. 

It was clean, staff was helpful. Loved the room with access to the club lounge, my bed was perfect. This was my very very good stay for a family vacation.

The staff were patient and helpful with requests. Silent rooms with very comfy beds, bathroom was luxurious.

I have stayed in a club king room with a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. Mountain view from the window is exceptionally good. The atmosphere of the hotel is exclusive.

The location of Trans Luxury Hotel is fantastic, with a close proximity to Trans Studio Mall and Trans Studio Indoor theme park. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options, including international and local traditional cuisine. The sandy pool 

Being a new hotel, everything seems to be in order. Keep it up!!

Sorry to say, being such a grand hotel, your breakfast is not to compete with international standard. Or is it just my wrong taste?

The Trans Luxury Hotel in Bandung is truly a seven-star experience. The breakfast is outstanding, the staff is exceptional, and the hotel is extremely sophisticated. The level of care and attention to detail is top-notch, making it a hotel I would recommend to everyone. The warm sandy pool, art 

Fast check-in, parking onsite. Well-kept and tastefully decorated room with good lighting and amazing breakfast.

Beds were too soft.

For Cleanliness and comfortable I gave two thumbs

During check in an d check out takes too long and also bell boy not coming even I called two times (1 hour) when I checked out. Maybe this hotel not well prepared for high season.
